At R36S Console, we ship worldwide, free of charge, from our warehouse in France.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • A confirmation email containing the tracking number is sent as soon as the carrier takes charge.
  • Our warehouse is based in Marseille, France 🇫🇷

2. Delivery Times and Zones

  • Areas covered: Worldwide — Metropolitan France, French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion), Belgium, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Brazil, Portugal, United Kingdom, and more.
  • Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days
  • Europe: 5 to 8 business days
  • International: 7 to 12 business days

3. Shipping Costs — 100% Free

👉 Delivery is free worldwide. No shipping costs, no surcharges, no minimum purchase.

No additional customs or import taxes will be requested upon receipt: everything is included in the displayed price.

4. Package Tracking

  • Each shipment has a tracking number communicated by email as soon as it is shipped.
  • A direct link to the carrier's website (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, DHL or equivalent) allows you to track your package in real time.
  • Proof of delivery (signature or photo) is provided by the carrier upon delivery.

5. Free Return

If the product does not suit you, the return is 100% free within 30 days. We provide a prepaid return label — no cost to you. See our Return Policy.

6. Delivery Disputes

  • Waiting period: In accordance with our terms of sale, no dispute for "Product not received" can be opened before the maximum delivery time has elapsed (12 business days for France, 15 for international).
  • Address error: The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided when ordering. In case of an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping costs may be charged.
  • Damaged package: Any anomaly upon receipt (damaged package, broken product) must be reported to us within 48 hours with photos of the package and shipping label. We will then immediately proceed with a free replacement.
