At R36S Console, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here are the specific conditions of our return policy.

1. Withdrawal Period — 14 Days

In accordance with European legislation, you have a 14 calendar days period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

  • Unused or used only under reasonable trial conditions
  • In its original packaging, with all provided accessories (USB-C cable, SD card, manual)
  • Without physical damage, signs of prolonged use, or software modification

2. Return Costs

📦 Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for organizing and paying for the return to our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the package is received properly.

👉 Exception: if the product is defective upon receipt, incorrectly shipped by us, or not in accordance with the order, we will cover 100% of the return costs (prepaid label sent by email).

3. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us by email at contact@r36s-console.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable.
  2. Our team will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. You ship the package with the carrier of your choice (with recommended tracking).
  4. Once the package is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund.

4. Refund

  • Timeframe: The refund is processed within 5 to 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
  • Amount: The refund covers the price of the product. Initial shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded (except in the case of a defective product).
  • Method: The refund is automatically made to the payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Notification: You will receive an email as soon as the refund is initiated.

5. Legal Exceptions

In accordance with European legislation (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • Products whose hygiene or security seal has been opened (e.g., unsealed SD cards)
  • Customized or modified products at your request
  • Products that have suffered damage due to improper use, unauthorized software modification, or opening of the casing
  • Products whose internal components have been altered or replaced

6. Product Warranty (12 Months)

The R36S comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is separate from the right of withdrawal and remains valid even after the 14-day legal period.

In case of failure within 12 months:

  • Contact us with photos/videos of the defect
  • We will proceed with the diagnosis and arrange either repair or replacement
  • Return shipping costs to our customer service are your responsibility; reshipping after repair/replacement is our responsibility

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

We always prefer amicable resolution. If there is an issue, please contact us first — we find a solution in the majority of cases.

Any initiation of a bank dispute (“chargeback”) for “Product not received” when delivery evidence (tracking number, delivery photo, signature) confirms receipt will be contested and reported to your bank and the relevant authorities as an attempted fraud.
