At R36S Console, we ship worldwide for free from our warehouse in France.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • A confirmation email containing the tracking number is sent as soon as the carrier takes over.
  • Our warehouse is located in Marseille, France 🇫🇷

2. Delivery Times and Areas

  • Covered areas: Worldwide — Metropolitan France, DOM-TOM (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion), Belgium, Switzerland, USA, Canada, Brazil, Portugal, United Kingdom, and more.
  • Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 business days
  • Europe: 5 to 8 business days
  • International: 7 to 12 business days

3. Shipping Costs — 100% Free

👉 Delivery is free worldwide. No shipping fees, no surcharges, no minimum purchase.

No additional customs or import taxes will be charged upon receipt: everything is included in the displayed price.

4. Package Tracking

Our package tracking system is currently experiencing a technical issue and is under maintenance. Orders continue to be shipped normally within 24/48 hours. For any inquiries about your order, please contact our customer service at contact@r36s-console.com — we respond within 24 business hours.

  • Once maintenance is complete, each shipment will again have a tracking number provided by email upon shipping.
  • A direct link to the carrier's website (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, DHL or equivalent) will allow you to track your package in real-time.
  • A proof of delivery (signature or photo) is provided by the carrier upon delivery.

5. Free Returns

If the product does not suit you, the return is 100% free within 30 days. We provide a prepaid return label — no cost to you. See our Return Policy.

6. Delivery Disputes

  • Waiting period: According to our terms of sale, no dispute for "Product not received" can be opened before the maximum delivery time has expired (12 business days for France, 15 for international).
  • Address error: The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided when ordering. In case of an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping fees may be charged.
  • Damaged package: Any anomaly upon receipt (damaged package, broken product) must be reported to us within 48 hours with photos of the package and shipping label. We will then proceed immediately with a free replacement.
