3. Order and Payment

  • The customer confirms their order by proceeding with secure payment via the platforms offered (PayPal, Credit Card).

  • An order confirmation is sent by email immediately after purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing time: Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Delivery time: The average delivery time is 7 to 12 business days. These timeframes are indicative and accepted by the customer upon purchase.

  • Proof of delivery: Delivery is certified by the carrier's report indicating "Delivered" or "Sign Success". The photo of the package at the destination address serves as proof of effective delivery of the goods.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
