📄 General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C)

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of products on the website r36s-console.com. Any order placed on the website implies the customer's full acceptance of these T&C.

2. Products and Variants

  • Product characteristics (e.g. 64GB or 128GB storage capacity) are shown on the product pages.

  • We reserve the right to change the availability of variants depending on the geographic market (e.g. specific restrictions for Brazil).

3. Ordering and Payment

  • The customer confirms their order by completing the secure payment through the platforms offered (PayPal, Bank Card).

  • An order confirmation is sent by e-mail immediately after purchase.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing times: Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Delivery times: Delivery takes place within 7 to 30 business days after shipment, anywhere in the world. These times are estimates and are accepted by the customer at the time of purchase.

  • Proof of delivery: Delivery is certified by the carrier's report showing "Delivered" or "Sign Success". The photo of the parcel at the destination address serves as proof of actual handover of the goods.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • The customer has 30 days after receipt to request a return.

  • Return costs: Shipping costs for returning the product are borne exclusively by the customer.

  • Product condition: The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and unused. The refund is issued after the item has been inspected by our team.

6. Liability and Abusive Disputes

  • In the event of a dispute, GPS geolocation data and the carrier's photographic evidence will be forwarded to the competent authorities and to banking institutions.
