1. Overview

This website is operated by r36s-console.com. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to the R36S Console team. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, including your shipping address and email address.

  • Important note: R36S Console cannot be held liable for a failed delivery if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect (e.g. a wrong street number or postal code).

4. Delivery and Receipt of Products

  • Delivery times: Standard delivery times are 7 to 30 business days after shipment, which itself takes place within 24 to 48 business hours. By placing an order, the customer accepts that these times may vary slightly depending on logistical conditions.

  • Proof of delivery: Delivery is considered complete as soon as the carrier provides proof of drop-off ("Delivered" status, GPS coordinates or photograph).

  • Abusive disputes: Opening a chargeback procedure before the official delivery times have expired, or after a delivery certified by photo, is considered an abusive use of the service.

5. Accuracy of Prices and Variants

We reserve the right to change the prices and availability of product variants (e.g. 64GB vs 128GB) without notice, in particular to meet supplier constraints or the specific requirements of geographic markets such as Brazil.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws.
